What a pleasure it has been to work with you and your entire team! Our home building experience was a painful learning process for our family but with your team by our side, we felt 100% confident that you had our best interests at heart.
Noel and I decided to take this process and always knew we wanted to function as our own contractor in order to save money. We felt that you were an obvious choice as you handled the framing and then we would work through the remaining process. What we didn't realize, was that you would be there for us even when your piece was done. You helped us find reliable and honest sub-contractors for many other parts of our job and they in turn were wonderful! You always came through for us when we called on you at the last minute needing help when someone else fell through! And all your referrals ALWAYS came through for us!! During our framing and foundation work we ran into lots of snags and delays due to the engnineers mis calculations but you always stepped up and helped us resolve our issues. Your team was honest and reliable and we always felt good about having them work on our home.
Building your own home is so personal and Noel and I knew the moment we met you that you would be the perfect match for us. Your level of faith always stood strong and we always felt well taken care of by you, Henry, Aaron and your team. We would like to thank Jay Dynes, Henry Arnold and their Zoo Crew for making our experience framing our very large and complicated house a pleasure.
From our first contact with Jay, we knew that we shared similar philosophies about building and he gave us the confidence and assistance to proceed on our large project acting as our own general contractor.(7500 SQ.FT.) Jay studied our plans, made his bid, and stuck by it even though more than a year passed before we were ready to break ground. That was just the beginning, time and time again Jay and Henry proved to be men of their word and of great integrity. Professionally, they displayed their talents for planning, organizing, and quality of workmanship. If anything went wrong it was corrected without a fuss. A great advantage to working with the Zoo Crew was their flexibility. In the framing process, if an opportunity presented itself for an impromptu design change it would happen without the extra billings that many builders are notorious for, we just payed for any additional materials. Working with the Zoo Crew exceeded our expectations, everything Jay and Henry said they would do, would happen. The job ran smoothly, calmly and efficiently. Jay, Henry and their crew were very good addressing any concerns as we proceeded. All in all, Zoo Crew Construction has proven themselves to be knowledgeable, competent, reliable, and professional. When my husband suggested that he and I be the general contractors for our remodel, I honestly thought he was crazy. So we interviewed both general contractors and also Jay Dynes with Zoo Crew as the framing contractor. Finding the right person to entrust your project to is scary! - it's truly a leap of faith. But we both instanlty clicked with Jay and felt confident that he would be honest and easy to work with. Our gut feeling was right! It was truly a positive experience to work with he and his crew. We saved a lot of money by acting as our own general and with Jay's help and guidance we found the sub contractors we needed to keep our project going even after his part of the job was complete.

Jay Dynes And Zoo Crew Construction Inc. helped us build our detached garage several years ago, and we had always planned that they would frame our home when we were able to remodel it. well. we finally were able to start construction on our full-remodel (REALLY A TEAR DOWN & NEW CONSTRUCTION) last May, and Jay helped us get started helping us with demolition, excavation, foundation and sub-contractors. Then Zoo Crew framed our beautiful new home!!!!! Jay was very instrumental in solving some of the problems that came up, and our engineer just had to sign off on his ideas. job that you did on my remodel project. You were a joy to work with. Your
expertise and professionalism provided you the insight to spot potential
problems early in the process, thus saving me a great deal of time and expense.
Originally we planned on hiring a contractor to do the whole project from start
to finish. However, all seven bids that we received were substantially more
than we could afford. Not one of these contractors pointed out any of the
problems that you did during the bidding process. I can only imagine the extra
charges that would have been required once they discovered these problems.
I have always wanted to do my own major renovation project, but who in this day
and age has the time to actually do it. Your willingness to perform only the
parts of my project that I was unable to do myself allowed me to realize this
